When you connect your WHOOP device, we receive:

– Resting heart rate
– Sleep data (duration, stages, disturbances)
– Strain and workout data
– Physiological cycle data

We access WHOOP data only with your explicit authorization via OAuth 2.0. You can revoke this access at any time in your WHOOP account settings.

– AI-generated recommendations and coaching messages

– Your Living Profile — an aggregated summary of your health state

## 3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to provide and improve the Persora Longevity service:

– Running the AI specialist council sessions

Persora Longevity uses AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate health insights and recommendations.

Always consult your doctor before making changes to your medications, treatment plans, or if you experience any concerning symptoms.

– All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
– Access to your data is protected by JWT authentication
– Database-level row isolation ensures your data is never accessible to other users

– Your health data is retained for as long as your account is active
– You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time
– After deletion, data is permanently removed within 30 days
